Product Information and Colors
Certain products are available exclusively online through the Site. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only through the Site according to the applicable return policy. In terms of security, IRG adheres to the PCI DSS requirements for security management, policies, procedures, network architecture, software design and other critical protective measures. In terms of operations, IRG makes sure our customers’ payment card data is being kept safe throughout every transaction, and that our customers have confidence that they are protected against the pain and cost of data breaches.
IRG follows the 12 requirements in the standard, working with our acquiring bank and using the tools offered through the PCI Security Council. PCI DSS compliance is an ongoing process, not a one-time event. IRG continuously assess its operations, fixes any vulnerabilities that are identified, and makes the required reports to the acquiring bank and card brands we do business with.

Information We Collect and How We Use It
IRG does not sell or transfer personally identifiable information collected at this site. We do not collect more personal information than necessary to participate in any of the site’s features.
IRG is the sole owner of the information collected on the Site. If IRG collects personally identifiable information from users, this information will not be sold, shared, or rented to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement, without explicit consent from the user.
If you request a quote, sign-up for an event or purchase a product/service from IRG, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our web site or order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we encounter an issue processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
IRG collects information from our users at several different points on the Site. The Site collects personally identifiable information using the following methods:
The Site requires purchasing customers to provide billing information such as name, address, e-mail address and credit card information. If we encounter any problems processing the order, this information will allow us to get in touch with the purchaser. Financial information such as credit card number is submitted over a secure connection. The Site uses PayTrace as its credit card gateway and processing company to bill for goods and services.
