Returns & Exchanges Policy

Overview of Returns & Exchanges

Claims for pricing errors, shortages, and defective products must be reported to us within 7 business days of the date the freight carrier indicates you received the Product(s) (“Product Delivery Date”). For damaged or defective Product(s), you may be issued a credit or exchange.

Undamaged Product(s) returned within the 30 day return policy will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to assess a higher restocking fee due to damages, shortages of original contents and excess wear. Product(s) must be in their original packaging, unopened.

Sale items are non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please call ahead to arrange returns. ALL returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number (“RMA”) that we issue to you in advance of you sending back the Product(s). There are no exceptions. When we issue an RMA number to you, we will supply the return address where to ship back the Product(s). You are responsible for the costs and insurance of the return of the damaged or defective Product(s) to the return address we provide you when the RMA is issued.

Restocking Fee(s)

Products returned within the 30 day return policy will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. The company reserves the right to assess a higher restocking fee due to damages, shortages of original contents and excess wear. Product(s) must be in their original packaging.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Issuance of Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned Product(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow 2 weeks from the date we receive back your returned Product(s) for processing your return.

Sale Items are Non-Refundable

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Shipping returns require an RMA

Please call ahead to arrange returns.  All returns must be pre-authorized: We must issue you an RMA number before you can return Product(s). When we issue an RMA number to you, we will supply the return address where to ship back the Product(s).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your Product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service and also to purchase shipping insurance.

We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping.  We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned Product(s).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 7 days from the date the Freight Carrier delivered the Product(s) to you (“Product Delivery Date”). 15 days after the Product Ship Date exchanges of this type are no longer available.

Exchanges must have a valid RMA Number that we have issued to you in advance of you sending back the Product(s). There are no exceptions.

When we issue an RMA number to you, we will supply the return address where to ship back the Product(s).

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned Product(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If approved, we will ship out a replacement Product. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
